Rob McIntyre is conducting three health seminars in southern NSW in March, with all ticket money being donated to charity.
The first seminar, The “Feelin’ Great” Seminar is at Young on Tuesday March 23 at the Marie McCormack Centre, the second seminar “Recipe For Your Anti-Rust” is on Wednesday March 24 in Temora and the “Naturally Healthy” Seminar is on Thursday March 25 in Grenfell.
Rob McIntyre completed a B.Sc., majoring in nutrition, as part of a Physical Education course at the University of Queensland.
During that time, he was taught by eminent professors and doctors that a ‘well balanced’ diet was all that we needed to maintain optimal health.
During the 1970’s, he became the New Zealand Swimming Coach and was assigned to the newly formed Sports Council.
The New Zealand Sports Medicine Federation participated in a world-wide data gathering program sponsored by the World Health Organisation, and Mr McIntyre was heavily involved in that physiology testing program.
The upshot of the exercise was that he became very convinced that, not only was it helpful to supplement diets with vitamins, minerals and the like, but that it was imperative that people did.
Since the Olympics in 1980, Mr. McIntyre has made it a personal challenge to discover why people need to use supplementation, why there is an increasing lack of nutrition in food today and how these nutritional deficiencies, coupled with increases in environmental toxins, are directly linked to most of the so-called modern diseases.
The seminars are regarded as hard hitting and provide effective solutions that are simple to apply.
