The initiative is entered in the Community Engagement category.

The 2010 NSW Minerals Council Environment ‘Community Excellence awards,’ will be announced at the annual Minerals Council conference in September in Wollongong.

Harden- Upgrade to Binalong Pool

Binalong pool will be receiving a makeover thanks to the announcement of a $9.1 million grant which will go towards improving more than 400 sporting facility projects for local councils and not for profit sport and community groups across NSW.

The National Cherry Festival organising committee is encouraging single ladies from the ages of 18-26 on October 1 this year, and who reside in the Young, area to participate.
